Additionally, we guarantee national marketing, well-organized logistics, and initial project financing up to PLN 150,000. The start-up process is completed with professional starter staff training, preparing the team for efficient restaurant operations.

Full Size Program
A franchise program designed for those wanting to open a full‑scale restaurant in a catchment area of over 80,000 inhabitants. Aimed at large cities, this offer assumes opening a full‑size restaurant with a large dining area and substantial back‑of‑house space (>300 m²). Applicants should have at least PLN 350,000 in cash. The program offers the full Maxi Pizza menu. Maxi Pizza provides, at its own expense, two continuous pizza ovens, a high‑quality dough roller, and the Maxisoftware system for efficient pizzeria management.
Ongoing Fees
Monthly franchise fee is 5.5% net of revenue. Marketing fee is PLN 815 net per month. Lease fee is PLN 1,500 net per month (for provided equipment and software), or PLN 200 net per month for software-only if equipment is self‑financed.
Small Town Program
A franchise program for those wanting to open a restaurant in areas of 30,000–79,000 inhabitants. These smaller‑town locations (around 60 m²) involve lower opening & operating costs and reduced fees. The offer may include a loan for opening the restaurant (amount and terms determined individually). It’s aimed at family‑run restaurants. The program can include a basic menu. Maxi Pizza provides one continuous pizza oven, a high‑quality dough roller, and Maxisoftware for efficient management.
Ongoing Fees
Monthly franchise fee is only 2.5% net of revenue. Marketing fee is PLN 815 net per month. Lease fee is PLN 1,000 net per month (for provided equipment and software), or PLN 200 net per month for software‑only if equipment is self‑financed.
Business Conversion Program
Designed for those who already run a gastronomic business and want to join Maxi Pizza to maximize turnover and profits. If you already run a restaurant/pizzeria and want to increase sales, join Maxi Pizza. We adapt your existing outlet with new technology, sales & marketing systems, rebranding to Maxi Pizza. A loan for renovations may be offered (amount & terms individually). The program can include a basic or full menu, depending on premises size. Maxi Pizza provides continuous pizza oven, dough roller, and Maxisoftware at its own cost.
Ongoing Fees
Monthly franchise fee is 2.5% net of revenue for areas up to 80k inhabitants, or 5.5% for areas above 80k. Marketing fee is PLN 815 net per month. Lease fee is PLN 1,000 net per month (equipment & software) or PLN 200 net for software‑only if equipment is self‑financed.
Special Employee Program
A special program for former and current Maxi Pizza S.A. employees interested in opening their own Maxi Pizza pizzeria. The program offers lower franchise fees and low‑equity entry. If you are a former or current Maxi Pizza S.A. employee wanting to run your own restaurant, this offer is for you. It allows opening a new outlet or taking over an existing one. A loan may be provided (amount & terms set individually). The program offers basic or full menu based on outlet size. Each candidate is treated as a partner, with fees and support adjusted individually, taking past cooperation into account. We aim to offer the best possible conditions.
Craft Brewery Program
Franchise program for those wanting to open a restaurant with a craft brewery. You get a complete know‑how package including interior design, tech design, contractors, suppliers, brewery equipment, training, recipes, raw material suppliers, etc. You can run a brew‑restaurant with the Maxi Pizza brand and organized delivery. Full support at every stage: raw material logistics, marketing, IT, graphics, promo items, accounting help, beer production reporting, brewing training. You operate an exclusive restaurant with high profit potential and can sell your craft beer externally for extra revenue.
Requirements
Premises of at least 350 m² with brewing license eligibility. Financial means of at least PLN 2.5 million net. No experience required; we’ll train you.
Ongoing Fees
Entry fee to join the network – PLN 50,000 net. Recurring franchise fees are negotiated individually.
