General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules and conditions for placing orders for products offered by MaxiPizza S.A. with headquarters in Kielce at ul. Zagnańska 94, 25-560 Kielce. These terms apply to all customers placing orders by phone, website, mobile app, or in person at the restaurant. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read the content of these terms and accepts their provisions. MaxiPizza reserves the right to make changes to these terms. The current version of the terms is available on the website and at MaxiPizza locations.
Company Information
Catering services are provided by MaxiPizza S.A., a joint-stock company based in Kielce, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Kielce. The company operates based on appropriate permits and licenses required for conducting catering activities. MaxiPizza S.A. is listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. All information regarding the company's activities, including financial reports, is available on the company's website and in stock exchange reports.

Ordering Process
Orders can be placed: • By phone at the number indicated for each location • Through the website maxipizza.pl • Through the MaxiPizza mobile app • In person at the restaurant When placing an order, the customer is required to provide: • First and last name • Phone number • Exact delivery address (for delivery) • Payment method An order is accepted after confirmation by a MaxiPizza employee. Order confirmation is made by phone or through the app. MaxiPizza reserves the right to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled or if the data provided by the customer is incomplete or false. Standard order fulfillment time is 30-45 minutes, but may be extended during busy periods.
Payment and Delivery
Available payment methods: • Cash on delivery • Card payment on delivery • Online payment (transfer, card, BLIK) • Mobile payment Delivery is carried out within the delivery zone specified for each MaxiPizza location. Information about the delivery zone is available on the website and by calling the restaurant. Minimum order value for delivery is 30.00 PLN. Delivery cost is set individually for each location and provided when placing the order. Pickup is available at all MaxiPizza locations during their operating hours. No delivery fee is charged for pickup. If delivery is not possible due to customer absence at the specified address or incorrect data provided, the customer bears the cost of re-delivery. The risk of accidental loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon order delivery.
Cancellation and Complaints
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel an order by phone no later than when preparation begins. After preparation starts, order cancellation is not possible. Complaints: Complaints regarding product or service quality can be submitted: • By phone to the restaurant number • In person at the restaurant • By email to: reklamacje@maxipizza.pl Complaints should include: • Customer details (first name, last name, phone) • Order number • Order date and time • Detailed problem description • Product photo (if applicable) Complaints are processed within 14 business days of submission. Customers will be informed about the complaint resolution by phone or email. If a complaint is deemed valid, MaxiPizza may: • Replace the product with a new one • Refund the product value • Offer a voucher worth the product value • Prepare the order again at no additional cost
Final Provisions
These terms come into effect from the date of publication on the MaxiPizza website. For matters not regulated by these terms, applicable Polish law applies, particularly the Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act. Any disputes arising from order fulfillment will be resolved by the court competent for MaxiPizza S.A.'s headquarters. Customer personal data is processed according to the privacy policy available on the MaxiPizza website and in accordance with GDPR regulations.
